Refund policy

The short version
Every Senyana order is covered twice: by your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, and by our voluntary 30-day satisfaction promise — which even covers opened and used products. If anything is not right, write to hello@senyana.com and we will sort it out.

Our 30-day satisfaction promise
Try your ritual for a full month. If you are not happy, contact us at hello@senyana.com within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase — even if the bottle has been opened and used. We may ask what didn’t work for you, purely to learn. This promise is a voluntary guarantee by Senyana GmbH; it does not limit your statutory rights, including your 14-day right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights.

Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (EU)
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may cancel it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Simply notify us at hello@senyana.com within that period. Please note: for hygiene reasons, the statutory right of withdrawal expires for sealed cosmetics and food products once the seal is broken after delivery. Our 30-day promise covers exactly that case — so you are protected either way.

How to start a return
Email hello@senyana.com with your order number and, if you like, a short note on the reason. If a return shipment is needed, we will send you instructions and the return address: Senyana GmbH, Kastanienallee 75, 10435 Berlin, Germany. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds
Once your withdrawal or promise claim is accepted, we refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Banks and card providers can take a few additional days to post the amount. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@senyana.com.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately — we will replace or refund it at our cost.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to request a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Gift cards
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
