Most skincare routines fail for one reason: they ask too much. Ten steps, twelve products, and a bathroom shelf that looks like a laboratory. The 14-Day Ritual asks for two minutes a day.
How it works
For fourteen days, you do exactly two things. In the morning: 3–5 drops of AYA on lightly damp skin, pressed in with warm hands, followed by SPF. In the evening: 4–6 drops of YEMI as the last step of your day. That's the whole protocol.
Why fourteen days
Habits form through repetition tied to existing anchors — waking up, going to bed. Two weeks is long enough to feel the ritual become automatic, and long enough that your skin's natural renewal has visibly turned over. What you see in the mirror on day 14 is yours to judge — we make no promises, and we don't need to.
